Shipping FAQ
Our lamps are handmade resin art pieces, not ordinary ready-to-ship products. Many models are currently in high demand, so popular drops can build a production queue.
Each lamp goes through resin work, curing, assembly, lighting checks, cleaning, inspection, and protective packaging before it can ship.
Your order ships after production, curing, assembly, quality control, and packaging are complete. The exact timeframe depends on the model, demand, complexity, and production queue.
- Dark Lord Lamp & Bounty Hunter Lamp: approx. 30–45 days on average.
- Galactic Falcon, Galaxy Fight, Flying Hunter & Nebula Space: approx. 15–25 days on average.
- Dark Attack & Fallen Knight: pre-order items, production may take up to 60 days.
After your order has been produced, inspected, packed, and handed to the shipping carrier, delivery usually takes 5–9 business days.
Once your order ships, tracking will be sent by email if available.

Track Your Order
Tracking may take several days to update after dispatch. Updates can also pause while the package moves between logistics partners, customs, or local delivery services.
Pre-Orders & Handmade Products
A pre-order product is not ready to ship immediately. It is reserved for you and produced as part of a production queue or limited batch.
Dark Attack Lamp and Fallen Knight Lamp may take up to 60 days before shipment.
Product photos show the general design and style. Since every lamp is handmade, small natural differences can occur in resin flow, color, bubbles, wood grain, brightness, or figure placement.
Yes. Small bubbles, resin texture, natural wood differences, and slight internal-detail variations are normal for handmade resin products and are part of the character of the lamp.
Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
You can request a cancellation by contacting us as soon as possible at sanfortstudio@gmail.com.
Cancellation requests can only be reviewed if the order has not already entered production, quality control, packing, shipping preparation, or shipment.
We do not offer voluntary returns or refunds for buyer’s remorse, change of mind, wrong product choice, dislike of handmade variations, or delayed production within the stated timeframe, unless a return is required by applicable law.
Returns may be accepted if the item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or if a return is required under applicable consumer law.
Please contact us as soon as possible at sanfortstudio@gmail.com with your order number, clear photos or videos of the issue, packaging photos, and a photo of the shipping label.
If approved, we may offer a replacement, repair, partial refund, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.
Production or shipping delays do not automatically qualify an order for cancellation, refund, or compensation unless required by applicable law.
