SHIPPING POLICY

Each lamp is a handmade resin art piece created in small batches and carefully inspected before shipment. Our products are not mass-produced. Every lamp requires production, curing, assembly, lighting checks, packaging, and final quality control before it can be shipped.

By placing an order, you understand and agree that your item may require a production period before it is dispatched.

Production & Processing Time

Because our lamps are handmade, made-to-order, released in limited batches, or offered as pre-order items, production and processing times vary depending on the product, current demand, production capacity, curing time, material availability, and quality control.

Estimated production times by product type:

Dark Lord Lamp & Bounty Hunter Lamp

These high-detail lamps usually require approximately 30–45 days of production before shipment.

This timeframe may vary slightly depending on current order volume, handmade production capacity, and final quality checks.

Galactic Falcon Lamp, Galaxy Fight Lamp, Flying Hunter Lamp & Nebula Space Lamp

These lamps usually require approximately 15–25 days of production before shipment.

This timeframe may vary depending on product complexity, demand, and inspection requirements.

Dark Attack Lamp & Fallen Knight Lamp

These products are pre-order / made-to-order items.

Production may take up to 60 days before shipment, depending on production queue, demand, curing time, and quality control.

Pre-order items are not ready to ship immediately at the time of purchase.

Shipping Time After Production

Once your order has been produced, inspected, packed, and handed over to the shipping carrier, estimated delivery time is usually 5–12 business days.

Shipping time may vary depending on your destination, local carrier availability, customs processing, holidays, weather, and other factors outside our control.

Please note that shipping time starts after production is complete, not from the date the order is placed.

Total Estimated Delivery Time

Your total estimated delivery time consists of:

Production time + shipping time

Example:

If a lamp requires approximately 20 days of production and shipping takes 5–12 business days, the total estimated timeframe may be approximately 25–35 business days.

For pre-order or high-demand items, the total timeframe may be longer.

All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email if tracking is available for your shipment.

Please allow several days for tracking information to update after the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier. Tracking may not update immediately, especially while the package is moving between logistics partners, awaiting customs processing, or entering the destination country.

Pre-Orders, New Releases & Limited Batch Products

Some products may be listed as pre-order, new release, limited batch, or made-to-order.

These items may require additional production time before shipment because they are produced in small quantities, made after purchase, or still moving through a production queue.

By purchasing a pre-order, new release, limited batch, or made-to-order product, you acknowledge that the item will not ship immediately and that the applicable production timeframe applies before shipping begins.

Delays

We do our best to complete and ship every order as quickly as possible. However, delays may occasionally occur due to handmade production, resin curing time, high order volume, product complexity, quality control, material availability, carrier delays, customs inspections, public holidays, weather conditions, incorrect shipping information, failed delivery attempts, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

A production or shipping delay does not automatically qualify an order for cancellation, refund, or compensation unless required by applicable law.

Estimated Delivery Dates

Any delivery date or timeframe shown on our website, checkout page, product page, order confirmation, email, or tracking page is an estimate only.

Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed and may change depending on production progress, shipping carrier updates, customs processing, and local delivery conditions.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an order is delayed, returned, lost, misdelivered, or cannot be delivered because the customer provided incorrect or incomplete shipping information, we are not responsible for replacement shipping costs, refunds, or lost packages unless required by applicable law.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. Address changes can only be made before the order has been shipped.

Customs, Duties, Taxes & Import Fees

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, handling fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless clearly stated at checkout.

We are not responsible for customs delays, customs fees, import taxes, or packages rejected due to unpaid customs charges.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first contact the shipping carrier and check with household members, neighbors, building reception, parcel lockers, mailrooms, or local delivery points.

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier unless required by applicable law.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within a reasonable time after delivery.

To help us review the issue, please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos or videos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the packaging
  • A photo of the shipping label

We will review the issue and, where applicable, work with you to find an appropriate solution.

Order Cancellations

Because our lamps are handmade, made-to-order, or produced in limited batches, cancellation requests can only be reviewed if production has not yet started.

Once production has started, the order may no longer be eligible for cancellation unless required by applicable law.
