RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping with us.

Each lamp is a handmade resin art piece produced in small batches and carefully quality-checked before shipment. Our lamps are not mass-produced factory items. Each piece may involve resin work, curing time, wood elements, lighting components, hand-finishing, inspection, and careful packaging.

Because every lamp is handmade, small natural differences may occur from piece to piece. These variations are part of the handmade character of the product and are not considered defects.

Handmade Product Disclaimer

The product photos on our website show the general design, style, and finish of each lamp. Since each piece is handmade, the final item may not be exactly identical to the photos shown online.

Natural handmade variations may include, but are not limited to:

  • Slight differences in resin flow, color tone, shade, brightness, or transparency
  • Small air bubbles, tiny marks, or natural resin texture
  • Natural wood grain differences, texture differences, or edge variations
  • Slight differences in figure placement, internal scene positioning, or angle
  • Small differences in shape, size, dimensions, weight, or finish
  • Slight differences caused by screen settings, lighting, photography, or display brightness

These handmade variations do not affect the intended use of the lamp and are not considered defects.

By placing an order, you understand and accept that your lamp is a handmade resin art piece and may include small natural differences.

Returns

We do not offer voluntary returns or refunds for buyer’s remorse, change of mind, wrong product choice, dislike of handmade variations, delayed production within the stated timeframe, or other non-defective reasons, unless a return is required by applicable law.

Returns may only be accepted if:

  • The item arrives damaged
  • The item is defective
  • You received the wrong item
  • A return is required under applicable consumer law

Items sent back without contacting us first will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately after delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible and include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or videos of the issue
  • Photos of the packaging
  • A photo of the shipping label

We will review the case and, if approved, offer an appropriate solution. Depending on the situation, this may include a replacement, repair, partial refund, store credit, or refund.

We may request additional photos, videos, or information to verify the issue before approving any solution.

What Is Not Considered a Defect

The following are not considered defects and do not qualify for a refund or replacement by themselves:

  • Minor handmade variations
  • Slight differences from website photos
  • Slight color, brightness, resin, or wood differences
  • Small air bubbles or natural resin marks
  • Natural wood grain differences
  • Slight differences in figure placement or internal scene details
  • Differences caused by screen settings, lighting, photography, or display brightness
  • Normal handmade imperfections that do not affect the function of the lamp
  • Delays within the communicated production or shipping timeframe
  • Customer change of mind after ordering

Order Cancellations

Because our lamps are produced in small batches and may enter production, packing, or shipping preparation shortly after an order is placed, cancellation requests can only be reviewed if the order has not yet entered production, quality control, packing, shipping preparation, or shipment.

Once an order has entered production, quality control, packing, shipping preparation, or has been handed over to a shipping carrier, cancellation may no longer be possible unless required by applicable law.

Production & Delivery Delays

Our lamps require production time before shipment. Estimated production and delivery times are provided in our Shipping Policy.

Production or shipping delays do not automatically qualify an order for cancellation, refund, or compensation unless required by applicable law.

Delays may occur due to handmade production, resin curing time, high order volume, product complexity, material availability, quality control, carrier delays, customs processing, public holidays, weather conditions, incorrect shipping information, failed delivery attempts, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

European Union / United Kingdom Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer cancellation or return rights, we will comply with applicable consumer protection laws.

Where a mandatory legal right of cancellation applies, customers may have the right to cancel or return an order within the legally required period.

To be eligible for a return under a mandatory legal right, the item must be unused, undamaged, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging, accessories, and proof of purchase.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or unless otherwise required by applicable law.

If the item has been used, damaged, altered, or returned incomplete, we may reduce the refund amount where permitted by law.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued if approved after review or if required by applicable law.

If a return or refund is approved, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank, credit card company, or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

Original shipping fees, express shipping fees, customs fees, import duties, taxes, handling fees, and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

Return Shipping

If a return is approved, we will provide return instructions by email.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, incorrect, or unless otherwise required by applicable law.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service. We are not responsible for returned items that are lost, damaged, or delivered to the wrong address during return shipping.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for change of mind, product preference, or handmade variations.

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us so we can review the issue and determine the appropriate solution.

Sale Items, Discounted Items & Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable.

Sale items, discounted items, limited-time promotional items, pre-order items, and handmade items are only refundable if required by applicable law or if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
